Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a National Payer Account Executive focusing on Medicaid accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with assigned Fee for Service and Managed Medicaid accounts. You will represent the Jazz portfolio of products, ensure market access, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute market access strategies for the Jazz product portfolio within Medicaid accounts.
• Cultivate relationships with key individuals in target payers and industry organizations.
• Collaborate internally to implement market access strategy.
• Conduct business reviews and optimize reimbursement support services.
• Identify value opportunities, manage obstacles, and educate target payers.
• Negotiate rebate agreements consistent with company guidelines and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of pharma/biopharmaceutical experience with Medicaid accounts.
• Experience in team leadership and cross-organizational projects.
• Proficiency in healthcare, payer dynamics, and compliance regulations.
• High level of proficiency in core business competencies.
• BA/BS Degree required (MBA, JD, or PharmD preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with specialty products and market dynamics.
• Ability to manage change and travel up to 60%.
• Clinical knowledge in Neuroscience or Oncology preferred.
