Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with the registered nurse to support patient care.
• Monitor, document, and report patient data and concerns.
• Obtain and record accurate vital signs.
• Assist patients with mobility and ADLs.
• Provide patient transport and maintain a safe environment.
• Participate in hourly rounding and shift reports.
• Perform direct and indirect patient care duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic Life Support certification
• Knowledge of patient assistance and care procedures

Preferred Requirements:

• One year of patient care experience.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy.
• Certification as a CNA, PCT, paramedic, or nursing student.
