Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Technician (PCT) for our Medical Surgical team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. This is a full-time day shift position with the opportunity for a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500. Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to patients in daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Observe and report patient progress to the medical staff.
• Take vital signs, collect specimens, and assist with basic patient transport.
• Measure and record patients' intake and output, perform range of motion exercises, and conduct blood draws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Competency in at least two general areas of practice.
• Preferred: Two years of experience in acute or long-term care, CNA or PCT certification, and proficiency in phlebotomy.
