We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Tech (PCT) for our Medical Surgical team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with registered nurses to provide safe and compassionate patient care.
• Record and communicate patient data under the supervision of a nurse.
• Ensure patient safety through various measures such as monitoring vital signs and responding to call lights promptly.
• Assist patients with daily tasks, mobility, and ADLs, maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
• Participate in Purposeful Hourly Rounding and Bedside Shift Reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Proficiency in at least two areas of practice.
• Preferred: Experience in acute or long-term care, CNA/PCT/paramedic certification, phlebotomy proficiency.
