Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Observe patients' progress and report to the medical staff.
• Take and record patients' vital signs and collect specimens for lab tests.
• Provide basic patient transport and housekeeping duties.
• Measure and record patients' intake and output and assist with range of motion exercises.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support certification needed.
• Preferred: Completion of approved CNA, PCT, or paramedic certification or currently enrolled in nursing school. Two years of experience in acute or long-term care.
