Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker and contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Cashier, you will process purchases, maintain cleanliness, assist customers, and provide feedback to management. On the other hand, as a Stocker, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, maintaining product freshness, creating attractive displays, and operating machinery.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process purchases and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist customers and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and maintain product freshness.
• Create attractive displays following planograms.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of company products and policies.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is an advantage.
