We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at ALDI. As a cashier, you will provide exceptional customer service, process purchases, and maintain a clean shopping environment. As a stocker, you will ensure shelves are stocked, merchandise is rotated correctly, and the store is well-organized. This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities, making each day unique and engaging.

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Report product issues and perform inventory checks.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves with fresh products and maintain attractive displays.
• Follow merchandising guidelines for visually appealing presentations.
• Organize inventory and operate machinery safely.
• Ensure the store is clean and organized for an optimal shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective time management and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Education and Experience

• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Understanding of operational policies and procedures.
