Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional customer service. Position Type:

Part-Time | Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week | Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Perform cashier duties such as processing purchases and providing excellent customer service.
• Perform stocker duties including stocking shelves and following merchandising guidelines.

Physical Demands:

Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store. Stockers should be able to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Effective time management and excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail experience is a plus.
