Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to enhance the shopping experience for our customers. As a Cashier, you will process purchases, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure accurate inventory management. As a Stocker, you will maintain shelves, create attractive displays, and operate equipment safely. This role requires prompt customer service, adherence to company policies, and effective teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leaders.
• Maintain store security and confidentiality.
• Cashiers: Process purchases, provide customer assistance, and monitor inventory.
• Stockers: Organize inventory, create displays, and operate machinery safely.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, stocking, bending, and walking.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow company guidelines and work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail work experience desirable.
