Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining the store's appearance, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers variety and new challenges every day in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leadership.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Operate cash registers efficiently as a Cashier.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and create well-merchandised displays as a Stocker.
• Perform general cleaning duties to ensure store cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move around the store. Stockers should be able to lift items up to 45 pounds.
