Job Description
Join the team at ALDI as a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker and help enhance the customer shopping experience in a collaborative environment. As a Cashier, you will process purchases, provide exceptional customer service, and uphold store security. As a Stocker, you will ensure shelves are stocked and displays are well-organized. Both roles involve working with a team, maintaining store cleanliness, and operating machinery.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with leaders.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain store appearance.
- Provide excellent customer service and feedback to management.
- Operate equipment safely and follow all procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Education and Experience
- Prior work experience in retail preferred.
- Knowledge of company products and services.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other machinery.
