Part Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our collaborative team at ALDI. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to enhance the ALDI customer shopping experience by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and report to direct leaders
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards
• Perform cashier or stocker duties efficiently
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Stock shelves and rotate products for freshness
• Follow safety procedures and operate machinery

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to interpret and enforce company policies
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
