Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier and contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience in a collaborative environment. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, rotating products, maintaining a neat store appearance, and operating machinery following safety protocols. Cashiers will efficiently process customer purchases, provide exceptional service, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Operate machinery and follow safety procedures.
• Efficiently process customer purchases and provide exceptional service.
• Contribute to inventory monitoring and adherence to cash policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and interpret company policies.
• Effective communication skills and time management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience preferred.
