Part Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Part Time Stocker/Cashier to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Conduct store inventory counts following guidelines and adhere to cash policies.

Stocker Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and rotate products to ensure fresh merchandise availability.
• Follow merchandising planograms and operate machinery safely.
• Organize new inventory and maintain store presentation standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Effective time management and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
