Join the ALDI team as a Part-Time Cashier/Stocker and contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Cashier, you will be processing purchases, providing exceptional service, and upholding cash policies. Stockers play a critical role in stocking shelves, merchandising products, and operating machinery safely. Both roles require teamwork, excellent communication, and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leaders.
• Maintain store security, confidentiality, and cleanliness.
• Operate machinery following safety guidelines.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and create well-merchandised displays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Effective time management and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of products and company policies.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience is beneficial.
