Part-Time Cashier/Stocker

Job Description:

Join the ALDI team as a Part-Time Cashier/Stocker and play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience in a collaborative and dynamic environment. As a Cashier or Stocker, you will operate registers or machinery, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and deliver exceptional customer service daily.

Position Details:

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards
• Perform cashier or stocker duties as assigned

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional service
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise displays
• Operate machinery safely and follow procedures

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and follow company standards
• Excellent communication skills and effective time management
• High school diploma preferred

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience a plus
