General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for safe, timely, and damage-free freight operations.
• Ensure proper load balance and safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks, provide training, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Foster safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.
• Work collaboratively in a high-intensity environment to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in transportation or related fields is advantageous.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of freight operations are preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight handling techniques.
