General Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks, coordinate work assignments, and monitor performances.
• Provide training, feedback, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.
• Support a values-driven culture focused on collaboration, growth, and excellence.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Service Center or transportation experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience and general knowledge of freight handling techniques preferred.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Other Requirements: Knowledge of freight handling techniques.
