We are looking for an Operations Supervisor I to join our team in Denver, CO at ABF Freight, an ArcBest company. As an Operations Supervisor I, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling resources to ensure timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight on assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks, coordinate work assignments, and provide training and performance feedback.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and adherence to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in transportation or related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of freight handling techniques.
