General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely and safe freight loading/unloading.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance of workers.
• Provide training, feedback, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Support the handling, loading, and storage of hazardous materials.
• Work collaboratively in a team setting to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in a service center or transportation field.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of freight handling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General understanding of freight, imports, and exports.
