Job Title: Operations Supervisor I - Denver, CO

ArcBest ABF Freight is seeking an Operations Supervisor I to join our team in Denver, CO. As one of the country's largest LTL carriers, we are looking for individuals who are ready to take on the challenge of overseeing the timely and safe loading/unloading of freight during assigned shifts.

General Description of Duties:

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for loading/unloading freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks according to schedules.
• Provide training, feedback, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in transportation or related field, with supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight handling techniques.
