Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As an essential part of the National Services & divisional offices, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by providing administrative support and communication coordination. Responsibilities

  • Communicate essential information between departments and store personnel.
  • Create and compile reports for management decision-making.
  • Assist in resolving operational customer complaints promptly.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment ordering, and filing system efficiency.
  • Identify and report irregularities, conduct training, and act as backup assistant as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required, Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
