Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As an essential part of the National Services & divisional offices, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by providing administrative support and communication coordination. Responsibilities
- Communicate essential information between departments and store personnel.
- Create and compile reports for management decision-making.
- Assist in resolving operational customer complaints promptly.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment ordering, and filing system efficiency.
- Identify and report irregularities, conduct training, and act as backup assistant as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required, Associate's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
