Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team in Olathe, KS. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Director of Operations, District Managers, and other divisional management. Your responsibilities will include communicating relevant information, creating reports, handling operational complaints, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. Additionally, you will ensure the security and confidentiality of documents and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate essential information on behalf of leadership.
- Create reports for management decision-making.
- Resolve operational customer complaints efficiently.
- Provide general office support to management.
- Maintain an organized filing system and archives.
- Identify and report irregularities within your area of responsibility.
- Conduct training and cross-training sessions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and work both independently and within a team.
