Job Description
We are looking for an Oncology Business Manager to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals in the Pacific Northwest region. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing business relationships within health systems and community oncology practices, ensuring access to Jazz Oncology products. The ideal candidate should demonstrate leadership, business strategy skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare environment.
Position Objectives
- Develop and execute business plans focusing on group purchasing organizations, contracting, health economics, and buy and bill models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to educate on access to Jazz Oncology portfolio and execute brand objectives.
- Position Jazz Oncology as a preferred partner for initiatives that support patients and build strong relationships.
Position Responsibilities
- Optimize engagements with strategic oncology accounts to ensure optimal access for Jazz Oncology products.
- Lead the development of account-level strategic plans to support field-based teams and inform access strategies.
- Build key business relationships with decision-makers in health systems and community practices.
- Stay informed about competitive threats and develop response strategies for product access.
Skills / Competencies required:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of industry experience.
- Experience with Oncology Practice Network accounts and Health Systems.
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems, reimbursement models, and commercial policies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
Candidates must be located in the Pacific Northwest region to qualify for this position.
