Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at One Medical, a revolutionary primary care solution. Your responsibilities will include managing acute and chronic conditions, conducting well visits, and utilizing advanced clinical skills to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a patient panel at an on-site clinic, addressing acute, chronic, and preventive care needs.
  • Conduct in-office visits, testing, and occasional tele-health consultations.
  • Participate in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other educational opportunities.
  • Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams to optimize patient care.
  • Perform in-office procedures based on clinical training and expertise.

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care or relevant settings.
  • State licensure in New York by the start date.
  • Passion for human-centered care, effective communication skills, and proficiency in evidence-based practice.
  • Ability to adapt to changing healthcare environments and collaborate in a team-based care model.

This full-time role is based in New York, NY, with a competitive salary range of $127,000 to $135,000 per year.
