Position Summary
The Nurse Practitioner will provide primary and urgent care services to residents in our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Working collaboratively with the medical team, this role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality healthcare and compassion to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the medical team to provide care to nursing center residents.
- Work with Center Leadership to achieve organizational goals and deliver quality healthcare services.
- Maintain accreditation and licensing requirements.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program.
- Registered Nurse license and certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum of two years of experience with adult or geriatric population.
- APRN certification with unrestricted professional license and DEA (where applicable).
