Job Description: Nurse (LPN/RN 6P-6A)

We are looking for a dedicated Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our team at Calumet Trace Senior Living. In this role, you will be responsible for safely administering medications and treatments to our residents in a professional and caring manner during the 6P-6A shift.

Responsibilities:

• Documentation of resident information and alert status.
• Maintaining confidentiality of resident and employee information.
• Notifying management of resident condition changes.
• Assisting with medication records and ordering.
• Monitoring medication inventory and addressing discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN) in the appropriate state.
• Experience working with the elderly preferred.
• Proficiency in English and CPR certification required.
• Background check may be required for employment.
