Job Description
We are currently seeking a Class A CDL Hazmat and Tanker Truck Driver to join our team at ArcBest II ABF Freight in Honolulu, HI. As a City Driver, you will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo to various destinations, ensuring the safe transportation of goods using the latest technology and procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform pickups and deliveries within proximity of the consolidation/distribution center.
- Load and unload trailers with the same techniques as a dock worker.
- Adhere to varying duties and schedules based on terminal location.
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- At least 1 year of tractor/trailer experience preferred; training available for less experienced applicants.
- Class A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements required.
- Stable work history and strong work ethic.
- Clean driving records and ability to pass a DOT pre-employment drug test and medical check.
