Responsibilities include executing promotional activities, developing corporate strategy, analyzing business drivers, and building partnerships across functions. The position requires adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate high performance driven by values of trust, respect, and commitment to compliance.
  • Contribute to the development of key sales enablers in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Establish strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and epilepsy centers.
  • Recognize and engage with healthcare professionals effectively.
  • Maintain exceptional knowledge of disease state, product, competitive landscape, and healthcare market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 5 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and account management.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Travel

Ability to travel up to 40% for regional and national events.
