MRI Supervisor - Sign-On Bonus

Job Description

The University of Vermont Health Network is looking for a motivated MRI Supervisor to join our team and lead our MRI Technologies department. As an essential part of the Radiology team, you will oversee technical operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain a high standard of patient care. This role involves supervisory responsibilities, staff scheduling, and facilitating collaboration within the department.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical and compliance aspects of MRI operations.
• Supervise and schedule staff to meet patient volume requirements.
• Participate in the hiring process and provide guidance to team members.
• Ensure safe and effective patient care through workflow oversight.
• Perform duties as an MRI Technologist.

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Medical Radiographic Program preferred.
• Advanced certification in MRI.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant modality.
• Supervisory skills/experience desired.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
