Job Description
The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking dedicated Medical Assistants for various clinics including Clinical Neurophysiology, Rheumatology Pulmonary, Hematology Oncology, Dermatology, Urology, Surgery and GI, and Cardiology locations. This position involves assisting with the daily activities of a clinical site, providing clerical and clinical health care support to patients and families under the direction of a provider. The role requires mastery of basic and advanced clinical activities to ensure the smooth flow of patient care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with vocational training in a relevant area preferred.
- CPR certification is required.
- Minimum of one year experience providing or assisting in direct patient care.
External candidates eligible for a one-time sign-on bonus of $2,000 gross, subject to terms.
