As a Manager in Training at Aldi, you will embark on a comprehensive training program to learn all aspects of running a successful store. Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
- Earning Potential (Year 1): Up to $102,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus)
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and team performance to deliver top-notch customer service.
- Communicate company values, foster teamwork, and address customer concerns effectively.
- Manage store signage, product quality, hiring processes, and scheduling.
- Ensure staffing levels, conduct evaluations, and drive store budget and goals.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Excellent customer service and management skills.
- Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
