As a Manager in Training at Aldi, you will embark on a comprehensive training program to learn all aspects of running a successful store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring excellent store performance, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while fostering team growth.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
• Earning Potential (Year 1): Up to $102,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and team performance to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Communicate company values, foster teamwork, and address customer concerns effectively.
• Manage store signage, product quality, hiring processes, and scheduling.
• Ensure staffing levels, conduct evaluations, and drive store budget and goals.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Excellent customer service and management skills.
• Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
