Position: Manager in Training
Company: ALDI
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $27.50 per hour (Starting); Up to $105,000 (Year 1 potential)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise team operations to ensure high customer service levels
• Implement company strategy and core values for teamwork
• Manage store signage, product quality, and hiring processes
• Develop and communicate job responsibilities and expectations
• Ensure store payroll and budgets are met
• Monitor competitive environment and provide feedback on product offerings
• Maintain a safe store environment and oversee merchandising
• Conduct inventory counts and uphold company policies

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years old with the ability to work independently or in a team
• Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to lead and develop teams
• Understanding of management principles, budgeting, and equipment operation
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma preferred
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience
• Prior management experience is a plus
