Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for overseeing store operations effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and developing action plans while mentoring and leading the team towards success.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $105,000 (salary + bonus)

• Supervise team operations to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
