Job Description

We are looking for a driven and dedicated individual to join Aldi as a Store Manager Trainee. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training on all aspects of store management to prepare you for leading your own store successfully. You will supervise daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staffing needs, and develop operational plans while mentoring the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Communicate and model the company's values to foster teamwork among employees.
• Hire, train, and manage store personnel.
• Ensure store signage, product quality, and freshness are maintained.
• Manage schedules, payroll, and budgets effectively.
• Oversee safety, merchandising, and inventory control.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and management principles.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Flexible to travel for training within divisional requirements.
