Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for managing your own store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff schedules, and developing action plans while mentoring your team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 45 per week
• Starting Wage: $30.00 per hour
• Estimated Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $119,000

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance and customer service standards
• Execute company strategy and uphold core values
• Oversee hiring, scheduling, and training processes
• Manage store inventory, merchandising, and budgets
• Ensure a safe and efficient store environment

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills
• Experience in retail management preferred
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
