Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join ALDI as a Manager in Training. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to prepare you for managing all aspects of a store successfully. You will supervise daily operations, ensure top-notch customer service, manage schedules, and develop operational plans while leading and mentoring your team.

$26.25 per hour

Estimated Earning Potential Year 1

Up to $98,500 (inclusive of salary and bonuses, location-dependent)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily store operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Implement company strategy and values to foster teamwork among employees.
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure resolution.
  • Maintain store appearance and product quality.
  • Participate in hiring and managing store personnel.
  • Manage schedules and staffing levels efficiently.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and make recommendations for advancements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
  • Prior management experience preferred.
  • Ability to lead a team and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
