We are looking for a motivated Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be immersed in all aspects of store operations, preparing you for a leadership role. Responsibilities include overseeing daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maximizing store performance.

Job Type

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $28.25 per hour
• Earning Potential in Year 1: Up to $98,000

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to deliver superior customer service
• Implement company strategy and core values to foster teamwork
• Address customer concerns and maintain product quality
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training
• Ensure store compliance with policies and procedures

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Experience in retail, preferably in a management role
• Ability to lead, communicate effectively, and provide top-notch customer service
• Knowledge of budgeting, personnel management, and cash handling
