Job Description

We are looking for a driven individual to join ALDI as a Manager in Training. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to lead store operations effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staffing, and implementing operational strategies while guiding and developing the team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $105,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Communicate company values and foster teamwork among employees.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and training needs.
• Ensure store performance, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Implement organizational policies and procedures effectively.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older, with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Prior retail management experience and understanding of budgeting principles.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service and lead a team effectively.
• High school diploma and at least 3 years of retail experience.
