Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to lead a successful store operation. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while mentoring your team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to provide top-notch customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate others.
• Knowledge of retail management principles and procedures.
• Experience in budgeting, personnel management, and operating store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
