Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities to join our innovative team. This role requires broad knowledge of Clinical Development processes and technologies to support the design, development, and delivery of digital systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and optimize data quality in Global Clinical Development Operations and R&D functions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the design, development, and delivery of digital systems for GCDO.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions and ensure optimal trial performance.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies relevant to GCDO and develop business cases for implementation.
• Maintain and review digital systems, providing expert advice on technology solutions.
• Lead cross-functional projects representing GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities.

Requirements

• IT proficiency with clinical digital systems and analytics tools.
• Experience in clinical trials management and programming clinical technologies.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects effectively.

Educational Background

• BA/BS in a scientific/healthcare or technology field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical technology for pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
• Familiarity with FDA guidelines and industry best practices in clinical trial data management.
• Knowledge of FDA Guidance Documents and 21 C.F.R. Part 11.
