Manager, Field Analytics and Operations, Oncology/Incentive Compensation (Remote)

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Manager, Field Analytics and Operations in the Oncology/Incentive Compensation sector to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This remote position is vital for delivering field force analytics, operational effectiveness, and incentive compensation support under the US Business Operations and Analytics department. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments, manage multiple deliverables, and possess strong project management skills to excel in this role.

Responsibilities

• Support field strategies for the Oncology team including customer targeting, field force effectiveness, and stakeholder communication.
• Design and implement customer call planning and targeting tools to assess field force productivity.
• Create and manage performance-related reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau and Alteryx.
• Promote operational consistency through data process changes and technology solutions collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
• Experience with pharmaceutical data analytics tools such as IQVIA, Symphony, etc.
• Strong business and technology acumen with proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver results with large datasets.

Educational and Licensing

• 3+ years in sales operations, analytics, or Commercial IT in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
