Job Description

We are looking for a Management Team Member in North Pinellas County, FL at Domino's. This role offers a salary ranging from $14.50 to $17.50 per hour, with bonus eligibility, weekly pay, and benefits including Medical, Dental, and Paid Vacation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in coordinating tasks and leading the team.
• Manage day-to-day operations focusing on cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
• Mentor team members to develop future managers while upholding company standards.
• Ensure adherence to policies, encourage and recruit team members, and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform all operational tasks and train others.
• Operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products accurately, and handle orders.
• Complete inventory, paperwork, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
