We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team at Genesis HealthCare's Wolfboro Bay Center. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current State Board of Nursing LPN license or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
