LPN - tuition assistance

Job Description

We are currently looking to hire per-diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for various shifts at Applewood Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, administer medications, supervise unlicensed staff, and contribute to patient assessments and care planning.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, monitor conditions, and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• BLS/CPR certification (if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by state).
