Job Description: LPN - Tuition Assistance

Pheasant Wood is currently seeking Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team! As an LPN at Pheasant Wood, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing (Or pending licensure).
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
