Genesis Healthcare is seeking per-diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the Applewood Center on various shifts. Position Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
