Job Description
Genesis Health is currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Bethlehem North Nursing and Rehab. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing licensure or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice.
