Job Description

Genesis Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Wolfboro Bay Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, providing efficient nursing care, administering medications, and supervising patient care. Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
