As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
